Optional monthly plan
USD 1, then USD 2/month
The optional subscription's first invoice is USD 1 and it renews monthly at USD 2. Each verified paid invoice grants one successful-job quota with no rollover.
Authority, failure, cancellation, and refunds
- The subscription is never preselected; choosing it requires a separate explicit action after upload.
- Only a verified payment event is authority for quota. A success page, redirect, browser flag, or checkout return cannot grant processing or a result.
- Failed jobs do not consume quota. A valid successful job consumes exactly one granted quota.
- A verified refund, dispute, or revoke event can invalidate unused authority. Already consumed quota is not restored automatically.
- Direct cancellation in the Customer Portal is primary; email is only a backup. The default is cancellation at period end, and only a verified subscription event confirms it.
- Stripe Checkout is created only for an authorized uploaded draft. The browser return alone cannot start processing.
Photo, retention, and deletion limits
An uploaded photo is stored as an opaque unpaid draft and sent to BytePlus ModelArk for processing. Before payment, the browser receives only a server-generated low-resolution blurred derivative.
Unpaid drafts expire after 30 minutes. Successful inputs are deleted after processing, results expire after 24 hours, and job metadata expires after 30 days.
The result screen includes an application delete action that removes the job's stored input and result objects.
Portrait Path does not use customer photos to train its own model. BytePlus remains the third-party AI processor.
