Can I upload or process a photo now?

Yes. Upload starts AI processing. Stripe Checkout appears only after processing finishes and a protected blurred preview is ready.

Will an issuer accept the photo?

No acceptance promise is possible. The receiving issuer or organisation makes the final decision using its current rules.

What does one successful job cost?

USD 10 once for exactly one successful photo.

How does the optional subscription work?

The first invoice is USD 1, then USD 2 each month. Each verified paid invoice grants one successful-photo quota with no rollover, and the plan is never preselected.

What happens if a job fails?

A failed job does not consume quota. Only a successfully committed final photo consumes one quota.

How do I cancel?

Stripe's Customer Portal is the primary cancellation route. Cancellation is confirmed by Stripe, not by a browser message.

How long is my photo stored?

Unpaid drafts expire after 30 minutes; results expire after 24 hours. You can also delete the job and stored photos from the result screen.
